As an Integrated Marketing Producer at .Monks, I supported TikTok’s Pride Month 2021 campaign by planning, managing, and executing the creative production of promotional assets across a 360 ecosystem, including digital, in-app, broadcast, and out-of-home placements. The role focused on coordinating global creative teams, streamlining communication, and ensuring timely asset delivery between TikTok and Media.Monks teams worldwide. The campaign was later recognized with a 2022 Campaign Experience Award.

PRIDE 2021: SOCIAL ASSETS

Developed during the initial planning phase of TikTok’s Virtual Pride 2021 campaign, this deck was created to lead the first creative production working session following kickoff. It aligned teams on content structure, asset needs, and platform execution across social, in-app, and live formats, helping set a clear foundation for production, timelines, and collaboration ahead of launch.

Prepared as the core Visual Toolkit and brand guideline for TikTok’s Pride 2021 campaign, this deck was developed to align the client on the campaign’s creative approach, visual system, and design standards. It served as a shared reference for TikTok and partner agencies, enabling consistent execution across social, in-app, and internal assets while allowing teams within TikTok’s broader agency ecosystem to build confidently and cohesively under a unified visual framework.
